Katrina and her family moved to Three Hills at the end of 2018 and love that they get to call it home. Katrina is an introvert, but feels at home in her space at Elite and loves sharing her love for Pound with her participants. “It doesn’t feel like you’re working out when you’re having so much fun!” She has also recently completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and will be offering yoga classes (which she also really loves) in the very near future!
My husband Mark and I live outside of Three Hills with our two beautiful girls, 4 and 18 months, and one furbaby, a Labradoodle named Griff. I completed my Kinesiology degree in 2010 and went on to complete my Masters in Science in Physical Therapy in 2012, working at our local hospital since. I recently completed my AFLCA certification in Group Fitness and Indoor Cycling. I enjoy all things fitness… my favs would be running, yoga and time spent on my bike. I love coaching, as well as playing volleyball, golf and curling in my spare time. I have a strong passion for promoting healthy aging and physical literacy at any age through fitness. I am excited to be part of this team in our little community and hope my expertise and passion can help you achieve your goals or maybe be the start on your fitness journey!
